ORDER

I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, please email us directly at info@labrute.ca within 3 days of receipt including the order number, the reason for your email and the item you received. If you can, attach a photo of the wrong item to facilitate the exchange. We will then explain you the steps to follow.
My delivery information is incorrect or has changed
If you would like to check if it's possible to change your shipping address, please send an email to info@labrute.ca with your order number and updste shipping address. If your package has been shipped, please contact the distributor.
Order cancellation
If you like to to check if it's possible to cancel your order, please send an email to info@labrute.ca with your order number, requesting that your order be cancelled. Please note that most orders are processed 24 hours after purchase.
Can i change my order if it has not yet been shipped?
We cannot guarantee an item change if the order has already been processed. Send us an email to info@labrute.ca with your number order and your change request.
Promo code
The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice are non-negociable. Labrute will not apply retroactive discounts to orders that are in process or have been processed. Coupon codes and site-wide sales only apply to orders placed after the start date and before the coupon end date. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process as it cannot be applied later. We are not responsible if the code is not redeemed at checkout.
Can I pick up my package?
No, Labrute does not offer pick-up service.

 

SHIPPING

When I will receive my package?
Orders are processed monday through friday (excluding holidays) and the time required between processing and receipt of the package is 11-17 business days. So 4-8 business days for order processing and 4-8 days for delivery. A tracking number will be available as soon as your order ships.

Payment, taxes and customs fees
Orders to Canada will be charged with Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicables fees. Also, Labrute reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.

 

PURCHASE / RETURN POLICY

You want to make a return?
You have 15 days from when you receive your order to exchange or return it. All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging (including stickers and hangtags). Labrute is not responsible for return costs and reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria above.
Products on sale
All purchases made during a sale are final sales. Therefore, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
Disounts items
Items you bought a week ago are now on sale? The law does not oblige the merchant to grant you the discount.  However if you purchased 24 hours before the official sale. Just email us at info@labrute.ca fr entering your full name and order number so that we can verify the accuracy of the information and see what we can do.
What happens if my order is lost in transit or does not get delivered to me?

Address error
If you made a mistake in your address during checkout. If the address you provided to us is not valid and the package is returned to us, we will advise you of the additional costs to re-route the package to you. Once your package is in the hands of Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS, you should contact them directly with any questions.
